    1. Introduction to the Human Voice: Anatomy and physiology of the voice Characteristics and care of the vocal apparatus 2. Breathing and Vocal Support Techniques: Breathing control exercises Use of muscles involved in vocal support 3. Diction and Articulation: Consonant and vowel sounds Rhythm, fluency, and clarity of speech 4. Vocal Projection and Modulation: Projection techniques Modulation of dynamics (volume and intensity) 5. Expressiveness and Interpretation: Using the voice to communicate emotions and intentions Text and musical excerpt interpretation exercises 6. Introduction to Singing: Pitch, rhythm, vocal range, polyphony, and timbre Vocal warm-up techniques and vocal types

    Vocal Awareness: Develop body and breath awareness, essential for healthy vocal production. Breathing and Projection Techniques: Teach breathing and projection techniques to optimize voice use without excessive effort. Diction and Elocution: Improve speech clarity, with attention to articulation, rhythm, and intonation—fundamental elements for effective communication. Expression and Interpretation: Stimulate vocal interpretation so that students can convey emotions and nuances in both speech and singing. Introduction to Singing: Explore basic singing techniques such as pitch, rhythm, and musical interpretation, integrated with elocution.

    Teaching methodologies and assessment

    The curricular unit combines intensive theoretical and practical classes. Through educational games, breathing exercises, articulation, and vocal projection, the aim is for students to gradually develop the range and control of their voices. Supporting materials for study, such as scores, texts, and audio files, among others, will be used. Collective and individual feedback will be provided in each class, with the goal of guiding each student's progress and assisting in the refinement of their skills.
