Class Voice elocution and Chant IV

  • Presentation

    Presentation

The course Voice, Elocution, and Singing IV aims to consolidate and deepen the knowledge acquired in previous semesters, preparing students for more complex vocal challenges. The primary objective is the development of a "voxfolio"—a catalog of vocal characters created through audio recordings—that will assist in preparing for the next semester, where students will work on dubbing. Additionally, this course focuses on enhancing vocal expressiveness and versatility, both in speech and singing, with an emphasis on harmony singing and further development of the singing voice at an advanced level. Advanced techniques in projection, resonance, and modulation will be explored, allowing students to expand their vocal and interpretative potential.

    Teaching methodologies and assessment

The course will be conducted with a theoretical-practical approach, including vocal exercises, recording labs, and performance analysis. Individual and collective feedback will be provided regularly for continuous improvement. Furthermore, the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) will be allowed for consultation and research support, with sources always being cited. In the case of oral presentations and written work, the use of AI must be disclosed, ensuring academic integrity and compliance with the university's established guidelines.
