Presentation
Presentation
This course aims to provide students with the technical and conceptual principles essential to a visual communication project, namely in terms of adapting a graphic image to the digital animation format. Main strands of study: typographic elements; vector shapes; sound, time and movement; relationships between symbols and meanings in order to convey a message through visual communication; principles of animation; composition and basic visual effects, applied to the motiongraphics context. These principles aim to serve two fundamental objectives: a coherent and balanced project presentation and an understanding of the processes developed in the area of visual communication that allow a correct dialogue with professionals in the area.

Objectives
Objectives
The main objective of this course unit is the successful execution of motiongraphics digital animation projects. This objective is based on the acquisition of the following competences: - Apply work methodologies applied to the creation of motiongraphics-type digital animations; - Adapting complex images to pictogram language - Adapt complex concepts to short, direct messages; - Developing animated sequences coherent with motiongraphics aesthetics, combining vector drawing and digital animation software; - Use Artificial Intelligence tools to support the process of generating vector content.
