Objectives
Objectives
The study of Family Law provides students with the necessary tools to acquire essential knowledge about the legal regulation of family relationships. The subject aims to provide students with the necessary knowledge of legislation, doctrine and jurisprudence in the area of ¿¿Family Law and relate it to fundamental, constitutional and human rights. The student must acquire the knowledge taught; have the ability to resolve practical issues within the subjects taught and develop an attitude critical of the arguments.
