Class Criminal Policy

The UC aims to highlight the relevance of Criminal Policies, as well as the knowledge of the bodies of the Portuguese criminal prevention and reaction system and respective competences. To this end, the legal framework is studied, the results of the Annual Internal Security Report are interpreted and compared with the corresponding measures of the Criminal Policy Law. A study of the successive Criminal Policy Laws is also carried out, assessing the respective priorities in each biennium.
