S2: Function Analysis Traditional methods and techniques; Technology-based methods and techniques. S3: Skills development methods and techniques Traditional methods and techniques; Technology-based methods and techniques; Employee development and career management. S4: Operationalization of training Diagnosis of training needs; Learning and knowledge transfer; Programming and implementation of training; Training budgeting; Training evaluation. S5: Social Responsibility and the Future of Training and Development Social responsibility, diversity and legal aspects; Future challenges of training and development

    Objectives

    Learning Objectives (LO): LO1: Frame professional training and development as a key tool for strategic human resources management; LO2: Understand the process of analyzing roles and competency models to integrate this knowledge into the vocational training cycle; LO3: Recognize and know how to apply the different procedures of the stages of the training cycle: diagnosis, learning and knowledge transfer, programming, budgeting, implementation and evaluation of formal vocational training actions; LO4: Understand vocational training paradigms, integrating them into the strategic context of training in organizations, with an emphasis on technology-based methods and techniques; LO5: Carry out a practical project (Vocational Training Dossier) for diagnosing training needs in a specific sector of activity, presenting intervention proposals with their respective planning, implementation and evaluation and control mechanisms.
