Contract Law in Particular is an optative discipline. Its containings are not essencial for the education of a jurist. However, its containing are really important for the education of a future private law scholar or professional. The knowledge of the regulations of some of the most emblematic contracts correspond to the natural development of the study of Law of Obligations.

Syllabus
1. Types of Contracts: nominative, non-nominative, tipical, non-tipical, mixed contracts and contracts unions. 2. Transmission Contracts: i) Sales Contract ii) Donation 3. Services Contracts: i) Mandate Contract ii) Works Contract 4. Use Contracts: i) Rental Contract 5. Others For exemple, distribution contracts The professor may choose to lecture all these contracts or just some of them.

Objectives
Objectives
The course will deal with some civil and commercial contracts in particular. Students should become familiar with the civil law regulations of some contracts, but also with some particularities of commercial law and consumer law regulations and be able to apply relevant provisions and principles to contracts¿ study cases. The course content includes some theoretical and practical topics in contracts that will be discussed in class and students will be encouraged to search for solutions in contracts¿ regulations in force, but also to analyze the existing solutions in a critical way.
