Presentation
Futsal is a collaborative/adversarial team game in which players are required to adapt to change within a dynamic environment. An environment in which they have a restricted amount of time and space in which to make decisions and perform actions that provide solutions for their team. Futsal implies a high level of motor involvement and intense practice, with tactical aspects (in terms of perception and decision making) being crucial to the effectiveness of each game element. Being a collective sports game that aims at cooperation between the constituent elements of the team with the objective of achieving victory at the end of the game. For a better cooperation, the leader elaborates a set of procedures that lead to the achievement of the goal. The knowledge, skills and abilities in this area enrich the bases of intervention of the professional Sports Training and School Sports, specifically at the level of understanding the training and leadership of groups.
