    Option 2 - Fitness - is a discipline that teaches: aerobics, step and localized. It teaches to work the motor skills within the music, methods of teaching group classes and the communication and instruction inherent in the teaching of the classes. Teaches the methods of strength training, exercises, and analysis of them. As well as the development of skills in the prescription and supervision of training programs for seemingly healthy individuals, special populations and special stages of life in the context of the exercise room and the external environment.

    Goals and benefits of group classes; -Description of the stages of Class: heating; Main/aerobic phase; Return to calm; Phase in; /Alongamento--relaxation music: musical structures; Concept of beat; Octave music; Musical phrase; Musical bridge; Musical Construction. -Choreographic Structures: Element; Segment; String; Choreographic block. -Basic Motor Skills. -Teaching-learning process of motor skills: cognitive, Associative; Autonomous. Kinesiological analysis of exercises with free weights and machines (guided and not guided). Specific Principles of Strength Training. Planning, prescribing and periodization of training in the context of exercise room and outdoor. Evaluation protocols. Prescription of cardiorespiratory training and flexibility. Case studies.

    Objectives

    Meet the structural process of learning of the group classes; Identify the different stages of the learning-teaching group classes; Meet the practitioner/student development process, identifying the fundamental behaviors adopted or adopt in the group classes Meet the principles and methodological procedures to be applied for the specific teaching group classes; -Acquire didactic skills fundamental to be able to analyze the level of provision of students and adopt the methodological procedures more effective to your development. Describe and relate the different types of exercises in strenght training applied according to their objective and the population concerned. Prescribing training within an integrated continuum to develop all physical capabilities Meet the respective integration progressions most appropriate to the context.
