Fitness option is part of a set of Curricular Units that aim to equip students with proper tools for future professional practice. The theoretical-practical knowledge inherent in these Course Unit will allow students, in a future professional context to prescribe training programs for apparently healthy individuals, special populations and special stages of life in indoor and outdoor training.
