Presentation
In a country where 50% of the borders are water, where access to the river spaces grows and in which, since the decade of 90, the built aquatic spaces proliferate, the aquatic activities associated with leisure and the promotion of welfare play an important role that justifies its integration into the curriculum of any physical exercise professional. Understand the biomechanical and physiological assumptions inherent to the immersed body, know and know how to use the potential of the aquatic environment for the realization of exercise, know and know how the human being adapts to this involvement and how it can enjoy it with greater effectiveness and efficiency, both in the context of swimming pool and at sea, are the principles that guide the development of the 3 blocks of content that comprise this UC: swimming, Surf and Aquatic Exercise.
