Syllabus
Specific Didactics (specific contents and exercises; parameters that constitute the exercises; training unit; weekly working cycle). Specific and Physical training (warm up; functional and strength training; resistance training; returning to calm mood; training control). Applying the principles of volleyball training. Technique and collective tactics (functional game structure - complex I (KI) and complex II (KII); Reduced Games- beginners; Formative Game 6X6; Tactical training). Coach techniques (Ball manipulation techniques). Beach Volleyball ¿ beginners. Team leading ¿ preparation and leading participation in competitions (activities before, during and after the game). Observation, analysis and statistics. Complementary activities: - Observation (preferably live) of games in high national and international competitions. - Conferences and training sessions in the several sections of volleyball community

Objectives
Objectives
To identify the different federative regulations and their context of appliance. To recognize the game as a main way of performing the training session, designing overcoming situations, progression and specialization, considering the level and the quality of the practitioners. To develop knowledge concerning the basic principles of volleyball, the theoretical description of technical gestures, the pedagogical progressions to the teaching of technical gestures and to the basic regulation of the modality (game levels). Developing the comprehension of the learning phases in a volleyball match Identify, explicit and frame the structure of the volleyball game. To relate the principles of reduced games with the formal game 6x6 Identify, dominate and use the specific terminology of the modality, as well as the relations and dependencies between the great game phases ¿ complex I (K1) and complex II (KII) Identify and differentiate the different statistical methods, observation and assessment
