Class Futsal (Elective Modality II - Sports Training branch)

  • Presentation

    Presentation

Futsal is a collaborative/adversarial team game in which players are required to adapt to change within a dynamic environment. An environment in which they have a restricted amount of time and space in which to make decisions and perform actions that provide solutions for their team. Futsal implies a high level of motor involvement and intense practice, with tactical aspects (in terms of perception and decision making) being crucial to the effectiveness of each element of the game.  The knowledge, skills and aptitudes in this area enrich the basis for intervention by the Sports Coaching professional, specifically in terms of understanding training and leading groups.
