Teaching methodologies and assessment
Teaching methodologies and assessment
The teaching approach adopts active learning strategies, encouraging students to participate in practical activities, discussions and problem-solving exercises. Using flipped classroom techniques, theoretical information is made available upfront, allowing class time to be devoted to collaborative group work, analysis of real-life scenarios and the use of engaging multimedia resources. Peer assessment and project-based learning also enhance students' critical thinking and decision-making skills, fostering a dynamic and interactive learning environment. Also, it is expected that students gain knowledge and skills by working weekly or throughout the semester to investigate and respond to a real more complex problem related to the programmatic contents in a project bases learning system. The resolution is then presented as part of the continuous evaluation.
