The third sector organizations and the remaining fields of activity of social workers have increasingly sought out up-to-date professionals, capable of developing and managing social projects to respond effectively to contemporary social problems. The present CU intends, therefore, to enable students to plan, elaborate, implement, manage and properly evaluate social projects in the different contexts of action where social workers are usually inserted.

Teaching methodologies and assessment
Teaching methodologies and assessment
Teaching: Classes are theoretical and practical. The syllabus will be presented using expository and interrogative methodologies, calling for student participation and promoting debate. Students are expected to present group work on social projects they have researched and, if possible, visited, using new technologies and paying particular attention to the development of oral skills and the rules for presenting work. Assessment: Assessment will be continuous, based on the following elements: Attendance, punctuality and participation: 10%; Individual written test - 50%; Group work - 40%. The whole process will be monitored on the Moodle platform.
