Simulations of interactions between professionals and clients are used to develop assertive and empathetic communication skills. Behavioral assessment tools such as DISC and MBTI are integrated into practical activities to assess profiles and improve team cooperation. Collaborative learning is reinforced by group work and guided discussions, encouraging problem solving and conflict management in clinical and organizational settings.
