Students will contact a number of organizations, where they will learn about their human resources management strategy. From this contact, students will be invited to prepare an individual essay on the connection between theoretical aspects of strategic human resources management and the reality of the chosen organization. Students will also be challenged to think critically about the alignment between strategy and the use of tools to support people management. It is expected to be possible to carry out at least one study visit.
