Treatment features.      S2.3. Pre- and post-intervention assessment. S3. Data analysis:       S3.1. Quantitative data analysis:     - significance tests;      - statistical power;       - effect size;       S3.2. Qualitative data analysis:           - within and between cases analysis. S4.     Complementing the Curricular Unit (CU) "Research Methods in Clinical and Health Psychology I" (first semester), in this CU students are expected to develop skills related to : LO1. data collection; LO2.  data analysis; LO3. interpretation of results; LO4, reporting findings in the context of Clinical and Health Psychology research.
  • Teaching methodologies and assessment

    Teaching methodologies and assessment

    Classes are theoretical-practical and based on the use of expositive and interrogative teaching methods, for presenting the topics and fostering students' participation, respectively. In order to consolidate the knowledge, the practice will be focused on problem-solving using a collaborative and blended learning approach. Emphasizing the practical aspect, the active method is privileged, through practical exercises focusing on the various stages of the analytical plan.
