Teaching methodologies and assessment
This course is particularly aimed at students with a degree in psychology. It aims to provide them with specific knowledge in a field of user experience that refers to how a user interacts with and experiences a product, system or service that is still relatively unknown and little taught at the academic level, although it is expanding rapidly in the current practices of psychologists. Students will have to use critical thinking strategies ir order to analyze clinical cases with specific ethical issues that need to be properly addressed in the context of user experience that includes a person's perceptions of utility a product, system or service, ease of use, and efficiency.
