Class Space Law

Aerospace Law explores the legal challenges in aviation and space exploration. This course covers civil aviation regulation, space law, and emerging issues in space commercialization. Students will study topics such as air transport liability, satellite regulation, and legal implications of space exploitation. Combining theory and practical case analysis, the course prepares students for careers in aeronautical law, space policy, and aviation management.
