Protection against violence is guaranteed by various national legal frameworks and international conventions, which vary according to the type of violence, including gender-based violence, domestic violence and institutional violence. This course involves: Understanding the reference set of regulations and, to this end, examining the historical and cultural history that led to the current regime; Understanding the current national legal framework; Evaluating its effectiveness by analysing the available official statistics (namely the RASI).
