Objectives
Objectives
The Research Project UC is a privileged opportunity for reflection and integration of the entire learning path, from which emerges the motto for the research to be carried out. Thus, master's students will have to outline their own research project, defining the object, the conceptual framework, the population to be covered, the research design, the methodology to be followed and its justification. In this sense, the aim is for the master's student to be able to: a) Outline the path of scientific research; b) Get to know the sources of information in order to decide which are the most appropriate for scientific production in relation to the object of research and/or intervention; c) Reflect on and select the methods and techniques to be applied in research or research for intervention, appropriate to the object; d) Create and use quantitative and qualitative data collection techniques.

Teaching methodologies and assessment
Teaching methodologies and assessment
The course follows a participatory teaching methodology centered on the development of students' projects. This methodology focuses on individual and group theoretical-practical sessions, with sequential oral and written presentations of the constituent parts of a research project and their discussion: namely the identification of the protocol, scientific summary, justification of the research project (rationale), formulation of the research question and objectives, literature review (framework), description of methods and procedures, task planning, expected results and bibliography.
