    a) To know the organizational models and structures relevant to social organizations; b) Identify and understand the role of the social manager in social organizations; c) To promote knowledge about the management practices of social organizations; d) Know how to reflect on the importance of the quality of services  e) To know the policies and instruments for the analysis of the quality of services developed in social organizations f) Apply quality management systems in social responses g) Analyze the role of the social manager in its ethical dimension and organizational responsibility.
