The unit addresses strategic career planning, strengthening leadership and networking skills, and the continuous development of competencies, in a sector that requires rapid and constant adaptability to innovations and the different demands of a dynamic market. It also aims to train professionals who can build sustainable careers and, at the same time, contribute to the development of teams and talents in the organizational environment.
