One of the defining characteristics of the person is reason. The human being is essentially rational and as such, it is the raison d'être of law. That is, it works as a base and foundation for it. The legal system in particular and the law in general have the purpose of doing justice by giving each human being, that is, each person, what they need, what they need, what is in short their right. This idea arose from ancient times and yet still today it is not considered in the proper way. This course aims to delve into the concept of the person as the holder of rights and rights. To do this, it will first offer a study about the person himself, his characteristics, his virtues, values ¿¿and strengths. Next, you will do an analysis of the person's own values All this from the natural law perspective

Objectives
Objectives
This module aims to bring students closer to the supra-legal reality of all legal systems. Laws are undoubtedly made for people, but many times it is forgotten that the human being, the person is in reality, and at the same time, the creator of the laws and the recipient of them. This module seeks awareness of the intrinsic value of the person as well as the set of values ¿¿that any legal system must respect. With this module, students will be offered a series of theoretical and practical knowledge that will allow them to distinguish the principles, values ¿¿and norms, creating in them skills to better understand the legal system and to follow the realization of justice, as an end last and foundation of law. I intend to awaken the critical and philosophical legal spirit of the doctoral students by supporting them to develop their constructive attitude.
