Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)

The 19th edition of TecWeb, organised by the Department of Computer Engineering and Information Systems (DEISI) at Lusófona University, brought together students, lecturers and professionals from the technological sector for a week of intense knowledge and experience sharing. Held from 17 to 21 March 2025, the event stood out for its dynamic and innovative character.
The programme featured industry leaders such as PDMFC, CGI Portugal, OutSystems, Stratesys, Totalstor, Quidgest, SAS, Beyond Vision and Light Fossil, who delivered technological training and corporate sessions, both at the university and within their own premises. These initiatives offered students a comprehensive insight into market trends and the most highly valued skills in the field of technology.
The Lusófona Academy focused on workshops, lectures and debates led by DEISI lecturers, addressing disruptive topics that challenge the future of computer engineering. One of the most anticipated moments was the Cody programming contest, which tested participants' creativity and technical ability, reinforcing the students' competitive spirit.
Additionally, DEISI students had the opportunity to present academic societies, as well as projects developed throughout their curricular units and final year dissertations.
