
ULusófona Attends VII International Congress on Environmental Education
Eco-Schools Coordinators and University Board Members stand out with presentations on environmental education and food by-product management

Lusófona University was represented at the VII International Congress of Environmental Education, which took place in Maputo, Mozambique, from 3 to 7 July 2023. The presence of the FE Eco-Schools Coordination and members of the institution's management reinforced Lusófona's commitment to environmental education.
During the event, teachers Elisabete Maurício and Anabela Cruces presented various works, including oral communications, posters and workshops. The presentations focused on the innovative work that has been carried out on the Lusófona University campus in the areas of environmental education and the management and valorisation of food by-products.
This participation highlighted Lusófona University's role in promoting sustainable practices and environmental awareness, reaffirming its position as a higher education institution committed to preparing aware and proactive citizens to protect the environment.
