ULusófona Closer to You: Services that Make a Difference – New Season

The new season of the podcast Direta Sem Café, from Lusófona University, invites the academic community to discover the behind-the-scenes and the importance of services that, often discreet, play an essential role in the academic and personal journey of students.

Under the motto "ULusófona Closer to You: Services that Make a Difference", the upcoming episodes will give voice to the teams that, every day, ensure inclusion, support, guidance, and opportunities for all.

Throughout this season, services such as the Lusófona International Office (LIO), which opens doors to international academic experiences through programmes such as Erasmus+ and Erasmus Mundus; GAENEE, which ensures equal access to education for students with special educational needs; the Technical and Administrative Support Service (SATA), which simplifies processes and resolves day-to-day practical matters; the Integrated Student Management Service (SIGA), a single point of contact for academic, financial, and administrative issues; EVA — Internship, Active Life and Lifelong Learning, which connects students to the labour market and mobility opportunities; and the Social Action Services (SAS), which provide direct support to students in areas such as food, accommodation, and scholarships, will be presented.
