Objectives
Demonstrate the importance of Geography and Cartography in the context of Civil Protection, providing knowledge about the fundamental aspects of cartography from the perspective of the producer and the user.

Teaching methodologies and assessment
Teaching methodologies and assessment
Theoretical-practical classes with presentations, following which the presentation of concrete examples will be developed and the discussion will be promoted. Some content will be taught using practical exercises. The evaluation is continuous. There are two elements of assessment: a practical assignment with a written report and a presentation to the class and two written tests. The practical work with the weight of 40% and the written test of 30% each.
