Syllabus
1. Brief notions of organizational, strategic and human resources management models. 2. General concepts on management systems, standardization and systems integration. 3. Quality management systems: notions of quality and quality management; legislation and regulations applicable to quality management systems; principles of quality management and implementation of quality management systems. 4. Occupational health and safety management systems (OSH): introduction to OSH, general concepts, analysis, assessment and risk management; normative references to support security management; implementation of OSH systems. 5. Integrated quality management systems (SGI) and OHS: framework, integration strategy, implementation of an SGI. 6. Professional Risk Assessment and case studies.

Objectives
At the end of the course it is intended that the student: Know the legal and normative framework regarding SGQSST. Master the general concepts about SGQSST. Be able to identify the parameters that may constitute an occupational risk for APCS associated with different emergency and relief situations. Know the instruments and means that allow you to evaluate these same parameters. Know the main types of personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective (EPCs) as well as safety signs and promote their use in rescue and evacuation operations, in natural, anthropogenic and mixed disasters. Acquire competence to propose sound strategies to eliminate and / or reduce occupational risks

METHODOLOGY: Exposure by the teacher and discussion with students, during classes, of the subjects provided, with case studies. Stimulus for work to be carried out outside the classroom by students, in particular bibliographic research, with a view to consolidating and complementing the acquired knowledge. Tutorial support from the teacher to the student's work. EVALUATION / ASSESSMENT Continuous assessment (0-20 val), consisting of four assessment moments: assessment resulting from classes (presence, punctuality, attention and knowledge levels) with a weight of 20%; a written test with 40% weight; Works with a weight of 30% and defense of works with a weight of 10%.
