Teaching methodologies and assessment
The teaching-learning methods will be based on work carried out in the classroom, independent study and language training work carried out by the student outside of classes. During theoretical-practical classes, the teacher will present and discuss the syllabus, leading students to practice and acquire the desired linguistic and grammatical skills. Special emphasis will be placed on vocabulary in the areas of Civil Protection and Security. Students will be involved in the discussion of proposed topics and will be expected to demonstrate the progression of their learning throughout the sessions, as well as being asked to carry out work outside the classroom. At certain times, the student will be required, individually or in groups, to present a written presentation and give an oral defense of their work. The hours of tutorial guidance are dedicated to supporting the student to demonstrate the work developed, support and guide them in their studies.
