The UC aims to provide students with opportunities to consolidate existing knowledge of the English language and acquire new knowledge. The manuals Business Result Pre-Intermediate and Essential Grammar in Use will serve as supporting teaching material. Theoretical-practical classes will address professional contexts and international relations, through topics related to national and international organizations/companies, multicultural environments and cultural differences. It is essential to know vocabulary and topics related to the functioning of an organization, international relations and cultural differences. In this way, the aim is to adapt the UC contents to the general scope of the study cycle, with the aim of making English a tool for the students' professional future.
