Objectives
The main objective of this curricular unit is to provide Human Resources Management and Development students with a better understanding of how contemporary labor markets function, as well as the models and methods used by economists to explain this same functioning.

Teaching methodologies and assessment
Teaching methodologies and assessment
The classes' methodology is theoretical-practical, centred on exposition, dialogue, collective reflection, practical exercises, and analysis of actual cases with students. All pedagogical material is available on the Moodle platform. Assessment is continuous and consists of 2 elements: • Evaluation test with 50% weighting. • Group work with 50% weighting.
