Class Quantitative Research Methodology

The syllabus of this course aims to provide students with practical skills in methodologies and quantitative data analysis in Psychology. The goal is for students to develop competencies in conducting a quantitative research proposal, focusing on inferential nature, and acquire knowledge about the statistical foundations involved in the main techniques of the general linear model.

Teaching methodologies(ME): expository moments(ME1), group activities (ME2), videos(ME3), practical tasks(ME4), feedback(ME5), and bibliographic research(ME6). UC has continuous assessment and face-to-face. The proposed and described teaching methodologies integrate a set of pedagogical innovation practices based on evidence, and adjusted to the objectives and contents of the curricular unit.
