This curricular unit aims to sensitize students to the importance of Ethics, Social Responsibility and Sustainability, as they are areas of great relevance for Human Resources Management, insofar as an HR Manager must have these concepts in mind, in order to carry out their management in an ethical and sustainable way. This is an area considered transversal to all areas of activity of an HR Manager.

Teaching methodologies and assessment
In this course, pedagogical methodologies are applied, such as problem solving, critical analysis of theory applied to reality and individual and group debates on current affairs, based on the theory presented. Companies are also invited to present real problems to students.
