Objectives
The aim of this course unit is to provide students with solid knowledge about the legal regime applicable to banking contracts, taking into account its importance in the relationship established between companies and credit and financial institutions. The practical aspects of the regime are a central concern, taking into account doctrinal and case law differences.

Theoretical and practical classes, with student intervention, preparation and oral presentation of papers and written tests. Evaluation: participation in the discussion of the subjects: 30%; research paper and corresponding assessment: 70%
