Class Estudos Avançados de Direito Civil

It is entirely appropriate to introduce a course of Civil Law in this Third Cycle of Studies.
This is a scientific area in which social dynamism is felt with particular intensity. Making doctoral students aware of the latest developments means preparing them for the future.

1. The Rome I and Rome II Regulations on the law applicable to contractual and non-contractual obligations

2. The Brussels I Regulation on jurisdiction, recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters

3. The Regulations on the european enforcement order, european injunction procedure, european small claims procedure, european account preservation, on insolvency proceedings, on matrimonial matters and parental responsibility, and in matters of succession
