    1. Negotiated contracts and general contractual clauses - the space left for the the Civil Code, betwen DL 446(85) and commercial law 2. Determining the object of the legal transaction, guarantees, and Article 280 of the Civil Code 3. Good faith and civil relations - interpretation and integration of legal transactions 4. Credit protection and typical and atypical guarantees - creditor protection and guarantor protection 5. Termination of contracts

    Objectives

    Doctoral students must develop skills in analyzing and studying problems, identifying the meaning and interests present in legal regimes and critical autonomy of reflection.
