Fashion: Artistic, Cultural and Legal-Economic Aspects is a short, multidisciplinary summer course taught in person via the zoom platform by a group of professionals with experience in the fashion sector: Alexandra Moura (designer and specialist in Fashion Design); Gayathri Banavara (Professor and Director of the Department of Business Leadership and Fashion at the Community College of Philadelphia); Sofia Vilarinho (PhD in Design and Professor at the Lisbon School of Architecture) and João Nuno Teixeira (Lawyer). The course consists of theoretical and practical lessons in the areas of the fashion creative process, intellectual property, sustainability, leadership and business management.
