It’s fantastic! It was my home during my undergraduate studies, and it was my home during my master’s. Today I received this invitation to come and also share my testimony.

Hello, I’m Inês Galvão, I’m an exercise physiologist.

The master’s at Lusófona University – in my case, in my programme – has an outstanding teaching staff. We learn not only the scientific part, but also how to apply it in practice, always adapting according to what the context requires. So it’s not just theoretical; it gives us a foundation to apply in the real world.

I have a Master’s in Exercise and Well-being – why? I never imagined myself doing anything outside the field of sport. But during my undergraduate degree – which I also completed here at Lusófona University – I began to develop this desire to link exercise to health. I started discovering the benefits that exercise has within a health context.

It’s fantastic! It was my home during my undergraduate studies, and it was my home during my master’s. Today I received this invitation to come and also share my testimony. I have nothing negative to say about Lusófona University.

I learnt a lot here, made friends – it contributed greatly to who I am and to my professional journey. So, Lusófona University has great facilities, and now speaking more specifically about my programme, which is the reality I know best.

It has excellent facilities, excellent lecturers who help and encourage us. It also has international partnerships, allowing us to do internships and gain experience in the real world. So this is my choice, and here is my reasoning.
