Hugo Barata Presents Curatorial Project at International Conference
Lusófona University researcher presents curatorial research on MAC/CCB between 2010 and 2024

Hugo Barata, researcher at CICANT and lecturer in the Department of Cinema and Media Arts at Universidade Lusófona, presented a curatorial project at the international seminar *Politics of Curatorship – Spring Seminar 2025*, organized by the Art School of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
His presentation, entitled “Constellations – A curatorial research project implemented in MAC/CCB – Berardo Collection, Lisbon, from 2010 to 2024”, reflected on fourteen years of curatorial practice developed at the Museum of Contemporary Art – CCB, in Lisbon.
Hugo Barata’s participation in this international academic event highlights the significance of the research conducted at Universidade Lusófona, actively contributing to contemporary debates on curatorship, contemporary art, and artistic practice as research.
