We don't have any concrete answers, but we do have the company of Professor Tânia Gaspar, guest of this episode of the Podcast - Direta Sem Café, who will, together with us, dive into and focus on the connection between love and physical well-being.

It's not about sweet, pretty speeches, or even speeches designed to be disseminated and shared as captions on a social media post. It's more, and more than that.

The connection between love and physical well-being is the basis of balance, and is also related to the quality of fulfillment of different needs, as well as the level of contact with others.

Recalling the origins of any need and going back to childhood, the act of crying, for example, was triggered by the fact that we needed the care, treatment and attention of our parents, people we trusted without realizing it and in whom there was a relationship of trust.

In this episode, the teacher refers to the relationship between love and well-being as a life project, which involves different processes of adaptation and suppression of essential needs. We can see this process, figuratively, as if we were taking a bus to "Destination Well-Being", but we don't know which stops it will pass through throughout our lives.

Throughout this talk, we will share some of the fundamental points for passing through these "stops" in a balanced and sustainable way, without compromising human relationships.
