The Master¿s in Social and Organizational Psychology (MPSO) prepares graduates to assess and intervene in challenging social and organizational contexts, offering solutions that benefit individuals, communities, organizations, and society as a whole. Additionally, it equips students to conduct research on interpersonal, group, intergroup, intercultural, and organizational phenomena.
