The Master¿s in Social and Organizational Psychology (MPSO) prepares graduates to assess and intervene in challenging social and organizational contexts, offering solutions that benefit individuals, communities, organizations, and society as a whole. Additionally, it equips students to conduct research on interpersonal, group, intergroup, intercultural, and organizational phenomena. The MPSO provides specialized training in a scientific field of modern relevance and development, supported by a faculty that combines research in key scientific and social areas with the practical application of this knowledge.
The MPSO aligns with the mission of Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário de Lisboa. Its curriculum fosters the development of skills that contribute significantly to the development of Portuguese-speaking countries by promoting capabilities that enhance the social, economic, and environmentally sustainable development of these societies and their intercultural integration, as well as the role of new technologies and their current and future impact in organizations and the society.
