The Academic Record Certificate is a document that lists all completed curricular units, without indicating the completion of the degree or the final grade.
The Degree Registration Certificate does not contain information on the grades of completed subjects but only indicates the completion of the degree and the final average grade.
The Diploma, or Course Certificate, is a document that confirms the completion of the course and the final average grade. The diploma is awarded on University Day in the year following the completion of the course. If you wish to request early issuance of the diploma, you must send an email to siga@ulusofona.pt, stating that you do not wish to participate in the University Day celebrations and that you waive any grade improvement/modification. The Diploma cannot be issued in English.
Documents are accompanied by the Diploma Supplement, which is a bilingual document (Portuguese and English) providing detailed information about the training undertaken and the results obtained.
To request these documents, you must follow the indicated procedures.
