You can request the course contents through your netPA, at Order a Request.
If you want the syllabus of some Course Units only, you should select the option Programmatic Contents per Course Unit (FUC) (value on request in the Service Order per FUC) and must indicate in the reason for the request the name of the courses you want.
If you want the syllabus of the entire course, you should select the option Course syllabus (FUC) (value on request in the Service Order per FUC) and must indicate in the reason for the request exactly what you want. This option is exclusive for graduate students.
The referred requests comprise the respective payment, which you can check by consulting the current Emoluments Service Order.
