At a time when the importance of mental, physical and relational health is being discussed more and more, it is becoming increasingly important for all members of the Lusófona Education community to be aware of this issue. To this end, the Lusófona University organising a series of actions, events and activities aimed at involving the entire community (students, teachers, researchers, staff and the general public), with the aim of being increasingly alert, informed and aware of the issues and problems we deal with on a daily basis.
To support these initiatives, the University has established partnerships with clinics and health and wellbeing associations, giving rise to the "NutriAção" Project. In the field of nutrition, it also offers Psychologist and Nutrition Vouchers, an initiative by the Portuguese Government launched on 30th September, aimed at facilitating access to healthcare for higher education students in Portugal.
The University also provides a specialised service in psychology and mental health through the SPIC - Psychology, Innovation and Knowledge Service.
This page gathers all activities developed by the Lusophone University in the field of Health and Wellbeing, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) established by the United Nations (UN).
