Presentation
The Master's Degree in Labor and Social Security Law aims to link two independent but functionally articulated legal systems, allowing students to explore the fundamental aspects of the legal situation of those who work as employees. With a duration of two years, the teaching part will take place over the first two semesters with 14 curricular units on offer, 10 of which are compulsory and 4 optional. The possibility of choosing curricular units allows the master's student to adjust their academic path to their study interests. The second half of the course is dedicated to attending the Permanent Seminar, which is designed to help with the construction of dissertations, and to writing the dissertation.
