Candidates can apply for the Master's degree program, preferably those with a background in Management and Administration, Economic Sciences, Law, Work and Organizational Psychology, or related fields, who meet the following criteria:
Holders of a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Holders of a 1st cycle of higher education studies completed in another country participating in the Bologna Process.
Holders of a higher academic degree obtained in another country, provided it is recognized as equivalent to a bachelor's degree by the competent scientific body of CUL.
Individuals with an educational, scientific, or professional background that demonstrates their capacity to undertake this course of study, recognized by the competent scientific body of CUL.
Candidates with a grade for their previous degree:
Grade for the previous degree: 50%
Interview: 20%
Curriculum assessment: 30%
Candidates without a grade for their previous degree:
Interview: 50%
Curriculum assessment: 50%
