Holders of a 1st cycle of higher education studies completed in another country participating in the Bologna Process. Holders of a higher academic degree obtained in another country, provided it is recognized as equivalent to a bachelor's degree by the competent scientific body of CUL. Individuals with an educational, scientific, or professional background that demonstrates their capacity to undertake this course of study, recognized by the competent scientific body of CUL.
