    The Master's in Food and Molecular Biotechnology aims to train professionals in the various areas of food biotechnology, offering specialized training in the latest molecular technologies and data science used in industry and research. Through a strong laboratory and multidisciplinary component, students develop skills in food microbiology, quality control, applied genetics and molecular techniques. The course provides training in the development of innovative food products, entrepreneurship and sustainable practices, responding to the challenges of the food sector. The after-work format offers flexibility to reconcile teaching activities with professional life.

    Candidates who: Hold a Bachelor's degree or legal equivalent (from a national or foreign entity), with a previous qualification graded on a scale of 0-20. 30% Classification of the most relevant previous qualification. 40% Score for the affinity of the previous qualification with the 2nd cycle to which you are applying. 30% Curriculum evaluation score (an interview may be requested. 2nd Case: Applicants with a Bachelor's degree or legal equivalent (from a foreign entity) with no classification or with a classification of the previous qualification on a scale other than 0-20. 40% Score for the affinity of the previous qualification with the 2nd cycle to which you are applying. 60% Average score for the curricular assessment, which includes an evaluation of previous qualifications (an interview may be requested). 3rd Case: Applicants who do not hold a Bachelor's degree or legal equivalent but who have an academic, scientific or professional curriculum that is recognized by the Evaluation and Assessment Committee as attesting to their ability to complete the cycle of studies 60% Curricular assessment score. 40% Interview or Admission Test.
